Transformation consultant

The Transformation Consultant provides support for the organization’s cloud transition and guides teams and individuals in adopting the necessary changes in both mindset and working methods. Additionally, they support and coach the Cloud Stakeholder Group in their development towards effectively implementing a cloud strategy. Furthermore, they proactively connect and address opportunities to increase the speed of the transition.

A transformation consultant meets the following requirements:

  • Organizational Behavior Management (OBM)
  • Systemic consulting
  • Lean certified (Lean IT
  • SAFe certified
  • DASA DevOps certified

Important skills and knowledge

A transformation consultant:

  • Is capable of mapping out the stakeholder field and actively and proactively taking actions to engage, inform, and inspire them to promote the cloud transition.
  • Identifies resistance and is able to carry out necessary interventions to eliminate it.
  • Is able to assist leadership in reflecting on and applying change-supportive leadership styles.
  • Has experience with Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles and the associated frameworks to apply them in practice.
  • Is capable of inspiring, coaching, and supporting teams, employees, and leaders in achieving the necessary cultural adjustments for a successful cloud and/or digital transformation.
  • Is creative in developing and applying cultural interventions.
