Product owner
The product owner (PO) determines and prioritises the activities for the CCoE following the agenda of the cloud leadership team. The PO safeguards progress and is responsible for stakeholder management.

Training and education
A product owner meets the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s and master’s degree
- Agile certified
Important skills and knowledge
A product owner:
- Has in-depth knowledge of agile and experience leading agile teams
- Has knowledge and expertise of the product and its importance for customers and organisation
- Knows how to represent customer interests
- Has the expertise to translate business needs – together with other stakeholders – into epics, features and user stories
- Has the ability to prioritise product backlog items
- Has the capabilities to communicate with people at different levels of the organisation (strategic, tactical and operational)
- Motivates and inspires (development) teams and other stakeholders
